Diddy’s defense team and public prosecutors submitted a joint letter about evidence in the case. According to the defense … CNN bought the video with Diddy Cassie attacks in the hallway Of the intercontinental hotel in LA, the letter “CNN has bought the only well -known copy of the hotel’s surveillance images, which uploads images to a free editing software, changed the video and then destroyed the original images, although it knew and repeatedly reported about the federal research.”

The defense claims that CNN has changed and edited the images by “covering the time stamp and then changing the video sequence. It also includes accelerating the video to make it look that the actions in the video take place faster than they are. As a result, the CNN videos are not honest and accurately displayed.”
The intercontinental hotel is closed at that location and we have been told that there is no other video of the incident.

The defense makes clear … they will submit a motion to exclude the video of Diddy’s coming test. Diddy is not prosecuted for beating – that is a state issue and the status of limitations has been carried out – but public prosecutors want to use it to show Diddy’s alleged violent tendencies.
The reality is this … Courts almost never give video certificate where the video has been edited – judges are on the raw images, so there is an extremely good chance that this video will never be played for a jury.
We have contacted CNN … so far no response. We also contacted the Southern District of New York Federal Procuror’s Office … they refused to comment.
