Cher is not making a Netflix series, despite reports

Cher
$13 million Netflix deal is BS!!!

Cher isn’t heading to Netflix anytime soon…despite reports that she’s signed a multimillion-dollar deal…because TMZ has learned that’s flat-out untrue.
Last week, a British report circulated claiming that the music legend had signed a massive $13 million deal with the streamer for a seven-episode tell-all series about the highs and lows of her life. The alleged project, reportedly titled “Sharing Her Story,” is said to be targeting a 2026 release.
However, sources close to Cher tell TMZ that the chatter is pure fantasy and that there will be no Netflix series. There’s no deal or anything like that at all.
While fans may love the idea of a glossy, no-holds-barred docuseries…especially since her memoir is still missing the sequel to the second part…it’s just not happening on Netflix. At least not now.
We’ve reached out to Cher’s reps…so far no word back.
