The singer-songwriter and his wife have announced through a Joint Instagram Post In June 2025 they had welcomed a son.
The couple hugged with their newborn on a cute photo and wrote in the caption: “6.23.25 We love your lil man.”
Wright later brought a number of black and white photos from her son again via her Instagram stories to celebrate this very special moment. “He is perfect and my heart explodes,” she wrote.
After the couple announced that they were expecting their first baby in January, Swimming revealed the hilarious way in which the couple discovered the news.
“She complained about things that we thought they were the symptoms of the period. And I had something like that, these have been going on for a while, maybe we should look at this,” Swims stated on The Kelly Clarkson Show. ‘So we are in our hotel the next day, I don’t know where we’re gone anymore. And strangely enough, while we drive through Austin, she had never been to a BUC-EE [convenience store] In the past, what is my favorite place in the whole world. And so I thought, you have to go. Half of my wardrobe is BUC-EEs. “
The pair stopped in the Austin, Texas, supermarket to fill gas and then decided to try out a pregnancy test because of the symptoms of Wright.
“So we are there, we eat chilis in our onesies, we go home and we do the test. We do, like, three of them and it is immediately, yes, you are pregnant,” Swims remembered. ‘So we are crazy, we discover this in our BUC-EEs [onesies]. Until we find a name, we just call boy or girl ‘baby buc-e’. I’m going to call it BUC-EE, I don’t care what the name is! “
