Dead participant found ‘lying in a puddle of blood’, the police say

A Burning MAN participant was found dead in what can only be described as a horrible scene … according to the local authorities.
The Sheriff’s Office of Pershing County released the statement on Sunday … revealed that an officer was marked by a participant at just after 9 p.m. on Saturday evening – around the time that the “man” image is burned.
The officer was taken to see the body of a man lying in a large puddle of blood … “clearly died” according to the police.
Officers interviewed various people on the spot and the investigation is underway. The identity of the deceased has not yet been revealed.
Cops say that this looks like a unique crime … But they warn festival visitors to remain vigilant anyway.
