After the couple finalized their divorce in May 2024, Spears kept her Thousand Oaks home, along with any assets she owned before the marriage — all of which would have been protected by a rigid prenuptial agreement, along with her personal fortune, which was then valued at $60 million.

The house has since served as Spears’ personal primary residence and regularly features in her social media content, which she captures in various rooms of the property.

Luckily for the prolific Instagram poster, there are plenty of backdrops for her to choose from on the huge estate, which sits on an impressive 50 acres.

The main home at the heart of the estate features more than 12,000 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, although Spears may have made changes to the layout in the decade since she bought it.

Her home also offers her plenty of privacy, an amenity she would have missed at her residence in Calabasas.

Located behind two private gates within the prestigious White Stallion Estates community, the home is surrounded by land, protecting the main home from prying eyes.

The main house features an incredibly ornate two-story entry, a great room with a 35-foot ceiling, an oak-paneled library, a formal living room, a dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a breakfast room. Luxury touches include a 3,500-bottle wine cellar, an elevator and a huge media room.

The park-like grounds include a lighted tennis court, infinity pool, spa, orchard and three-green golf course. A detached pool house with a full kitchen and bathroom is also included.

It is the second home Spears has owned in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood of Southern California. She also bought a Spanish-style home with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 2012, which she sold for $7 million in 2017.
