Brennan Lee Mulligan Titan Takedown Dimension 20 WWE new season

Billboard Women in Music 2025

Brennan Lee Mulligan has shown “Dimension 20” viewers countless new worlds as the Dungeon Master of Dropout’s Tabletop Real Play series, but now he gets into a new empire: professional wrestling.

The last season of “Dimension 20”, “Titan Takedown”, is a side Quest with four episodes that exchanged the usual crew of Comics and D&D Aficionados of Mulligan for a quartet of WWE Wrestler: Bayley, Chelsea Greenin, Kofi Kreed.

Although Dungeons & Dragons and Pro-Wrestling may seem like two different universes, Mulligan says that the idea for a wrestling season of “Dimension 20” has been brewing for a while. “These wrestlers have tons of fans under the dropout staff and the ‘Dimension 20’ Cast and Crew,” he said Variety.

‘We had Austin [Creed] On ‘um, actually’ and the word brought me that he liked to play D&D, so there was a connection there immediately. I had something like ‘Oh, I wonder if there are other wrestlers who would be interested’, and when it came time to really explore it, [casting director] Jazzy Collins let it all come together. ‘

Although he didn’t know much about struggling before the season started, the dropout crew was more than happy to fill the gaps.

“In the months prior to ‘Titan Takedown’ I went to the height of tangentially led by the hand like Virgil and Dante,” said Mulligan. “I absolutely struggling super-maven Danielle Radford, who opened my eyes. It was really the spirit of the Christmas history, as” here are the specials you have to view. Here are the big competitions that you have to see to understand these cast members. “You couldn’t find a better teacher than Danielle to initiate and oint to the circle.”

Radford is not the only wrestling super fan at “Dimension 20:” When the trailer “Titan Takedown” dropped for the first time, fans quickly lay on the striking absence of Brian Murphy, who spoke WWE references to D20 campaigns back as “The Unflinging City:”

Mulligan wants to rectify the record with regard to the lack of Murph in a long -awaited wrestling season. “Everyone thinks I ignore Murph and it can no longer be different. I live in a tent outside the house of Murph, and every morning I wake up and begged on the door and begged Murph, and he buries his face in his hands in a dark room with an organ he works on. NADD POD 24/7. ”

“I say ‘Murph, please. Please.’ And Murph says ‘my spirits whisper’, and then he will go into a dark cave of his room where he makes more great podcasts. I want to be extremely clear. If you think Murph was not the first man I called? You would need to make one of the song. I don’t have to wonder where Murph is wondering.

Regarding which wrestlers where Mulligan was attracted during the investigation into “Dimension 20?” “Humanity. The vibes were flawless,” he says about hardcore legend Mick Foley’s Sock Puppet-Moting Persona. Foley/Mankind was one of the many wrestlers who were active during the “Golden Age” of Pro Wrestling, an aesthetics that Mulligan combines with ancient Greece to create the setting of “Titan Takedown”.

“It just felt like the funniest comic combination. For a lot of ‘dimension 20’ seasons we want to find some mashup of two things that create comedical friction, but that together make logical. For our purposes, something fantastic and magical for the D&D part of it to work, but then something that fits the macin man, who in that business, who in that case he said in that case.

“Especially with the Greek gods, looking at the comic combination of the Greek myth with these 80s Sleaze-Ball Zeus. By combining them, it is easy for the cast to navigate because they recognize the energy.”

Although most wrestlers were new in the mechanics of Dungeons & Dragons, Mulligan says that he was not worried about their ability to pick up the notorious complex game.

“This is my conviction, after having worked with this incredible cast of Austin, Chelsea, Bayley and Kofi, who have worked with Bob, Monét, Jujube and Alaska and Hank Green and have done a side. Transferring debts in terms of diving in the story, these guys were ready. I would say that the biggest difference in DM’ing is a fearless heroic season that I don’t have to explain the rules of the game, or to do so much coaching. The fearless heroes also harass and abuse me more. ”

But while Kofi, Bayley and Chelsea did not know a villain of a ranger before ‘Titan Takedown’, Mulligan was able to lean on Xavier Woods to help his colleague thrusters.

“If you play with people who have never played before, it is really nice to have someone like Xavier at the table to help, because that is someone who has a pure relationship with his colleagues, but can still help separate the veil and add clarity about what we do together.”

“I like to play with new people,” Mulligan continued. “Even if there were four professional wrestlers who had played their entire lives, there is something fascinating about playing new people who explore the learning process of the game. If someone is coming for the first time this season and does not know what D&D is, they can still go on this ride with one of their favorite artists.”

Since the filming of ‘Titan Takedown’, Mulligan says that he has kept track of the ongoing of his ‘just wrestlers’ in WWE, including the new day’s (consisting of Woods and Kofi Kingston) controversial heel turn.

“Here’s my heart. I pull my heart out of my chest and put it in the hands of Austin and Kofi. If they chose to turn heel, if it’s time for a small scandal, if it’s time for a little betrayal and villain, I will follow those guys until the end of the earth. I’m with them. “

Kingston and Creed are not the only “Titan Takedown” alums that get wrestling heads: since the filming of “Dimension 20”, Chelsea Green has since become the inaugural Wwe Women’s United States Champion.

Although he comes from Canada, Green has hired a “Madame President” gimmick since he won her title and is in the trial to put together her cabinet. For his part, Mulligan greets the champion and says that he would be proud to serve under the Green Administration as ‘Secretary of Dobbelstenen’.

“I feel that she needs someone to keep track of all the dice. That is a position that I could fulfill and I would like to fill it. My promise to Chelsea is: Madame President, if you put me in your cabinet, I will not put our company on an App Store group chat and broadcast it in a absolute dice, I will not be chat as a secret dumpstentten to make.”

“Dimension 20: Titan Takedown” streams on Dropout on Wednesday.
