Better houses and gardens real estate grows in California
Better Houses and Gardens Real Estate Haven Features has opened a new office in Monterey, California-Waardoor The reach is being expanded to a 175-Mile coast area in the central region of the state.
The company – which is already operating offices in San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Santa Maria and Paso Robles – now includes 135 affiliated agents.
The Monterey office was launched with 15 real estate professionals who serve communities in Monterey County, including Carmel, Pacific Grove, Marina, Seaside, Moss Landing and Castroville.
“Opening an office in Monterey is another exciting development for the company that contributes to our great momentum while we continue to build the market share and strive to achieve our goal to become the largest producing broker on the central coast,” said Gavin Payne, the broker of the company.
The new expansion marks the fourth of the company since the connection with the Better houses and gardens real estate Network in 2016.
“I want to be clear that the success of the company comes down to the success of our affiliated agents,” said Payne. “As a non-competitive broker, I am able to focus 100% of my attention on building real partnerships with my agents. Payne also graduated from Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience, offered for a year leadership program by EverywhereThe parent company of real estate of better houses and gardens.
The Monterey office plans to concentrate on increasing the productivity of agent through professional development and targeted recruitment of both new and experienced agents. Agents have access to a better university – the professional learning platform of the brand – and pinpoint, their own marketing tool.
As it grows its local presence, the office wants to continue serving the wider peninsula Monterey, including areas such as Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove.
