Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reunite for Thanksgiving

The former married couple teamed up with charity organization Midnight Mission on Thursday, November 28, to help feed the unhoused community.
Shared in photos through social media, Affleck and Garner, both 52, and other celebrities including Sarah Paulson49, were all smiles as they put on hairnets and rolled up their sleeves to help.
Garner and Affleck, who were married from 2005 to 2018, were joined by their three children Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, who also sacrificed their time to help those less fortunate.

The Midnight Mission was grateful for Garner and Affleck’s support and shared their gratitude via the official Instagram page.
“Today we were honored to have Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner join us on The Midnight Mission for Thanksgiving! Their kindness, warmth and dedication brought so much joy to our Skid Row community,” the post caption read.
“Thank you, Ben and Jennifer, for serving meals and sharing smiles on this special day. Your compassion reminds us all of the true meaning of Thanksgiving: coming together to support each other.”
Affleck and Garner share a friendly relationship after their divorce nearly a decade ago. The actress has supported Affleck through some of his most turbulent times, including his recent divorce Jennifer Lopez55.
“Ben and Jennifer are friends, and they have a great co-parenting relationship,” a source exclusively shared We weekly in August.
The couple has a “mutual understanding that their children come first,” the insider noted, adding that the exes “also get along really well.”
The insider added that the former couple’s friendly relationship and shared history were helpful as Affleck navigated his breakup with Lopez.
“There is a deep level of trust and respect between them,” the source explained, adding that Affleck “has confided in Jen in many ways.”
The insider continued, “Especially lately when things haven’t been great with J.Lo these past few months.”
Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August after two years of marriage and months of swirling rumors of a split.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer listed the date of separation as April 26, three months before she and Affleck celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary.

Affleck and Lopez, one of the most talked-about Hollywood couples of the twenty-first century, began dating in 2002 and met on the set of Gigli.
The couple finally ended their eventual engagement in 2004 and, after a few marriages and divorces between them, reunited two decades later in 2021. After their reunion, Affleck proposed for a second time in April 2022 while Lopez was taking a bubble bath. They fled in Las Vegas three months later.
