Below Deck Medical Summary: Aesha reveals she was sucking milk from a friend’s breast

Below Deck Med‘S Aesha Scott made a surprising revelation about trying breast milk – straight from her friend.

During the Monday, January 5 episode of the popular Bravo series Stew Kizzi Kitchener told Aesha that she ‘always’ wanted to try breast milk. Aesha shared her own experience after “sucking milk from my girlfriend’s tits earlier.”

“It was actually really fun,” she noted. “It was very sweet. The milk comes from everywhere. I thought it came from the crack and your nipple. It comes from all the holes. I don’t even know [they ]have so many holes.”

Aesha continued: “It’s fascinating. It’s like a rain shower. I pretended to be a little lamb and I was [sucking] straight from the teat. It’s so much fun.”

Below deck viewers are not surprised by Aesha’s revelation as she is known for her unfiltered commentary. She opened earlier Below Deck Med about sending photos of her bowel movements to fiancé Scott ‘Scotty’ Dobson.

“When I do a really big one, I like to show it to Scott. He doesn’t like it, but I do it anyway,” she shared in a July 2024 episode. “Every time I send him a picture of my poop, he’s like, ‘Honey, you really don’t have to send that to me.’ He could try to say thank you.”

Off-screen, Aesha shared a story about “fingering” poop from a shower drain for a charter guest.

During a January 2025 episode of Watch what happens live with Andy CohenAesha was asked about the grossest thing she’s done while working on a boat, to which she replied, “I’m not here to judge, but the most disgusting thing I’ve done to a guest is finger their poop out of the shower plug hole. That’s probably not the best experience.”

The main stew was finished after the host Andy Cohen seemed confused. “They pooped in the shower and they didn’t want me to see it, so they jammed it down the drain hole and put the drain cover back on, thinking it would just leak out,” she recalls.

Aesha continued, “But that’s not how plumbing works, and we had a flood. So I sniffed it and then I discovered it.” [in the shower].”

Earlier this season, the guests appeared on the show in an episode where Kizzi went to clean up – despite a couple telling her not to visit their room. She tried to make the rounds anyway, and then she smelled an odor in the bathroom. Kizzi then came across poop in the shower – and Aesha had to come and help her cook it out.
