Bella Hadid’s khaki suit is the perfect summer work uniform
Bella Hadid has officially cracked the code for breezy summer office wear.
The 27-year-old model stepped out in New York City on Sunday, July 14, wearing a khaki button-down shirt and matching straight-leg pants. She dressed up with a brown leather belt, a tan handbag and what appeared to be worn brown vintage cowboy boots. She wore her hair in beachy waves and completed the look with a pair of chunky gold earrings and dark brown sunglasses.
Earlier that day, Hadid was spotted strolling around Chelsea in an equally stylish, if more revealing, outfit. There, she wore a white off-the-shoulder crop top with long sleeves and a keyhole cutout. She paired this with black low-rise capri pants, black open-toed heels, sunglasses and an oversized black tote bag.
While Hadid’s outfits aren’t always office-appropriate, her work life shows no signs of slowing down. These days, she’s busy promoting her latest venture, Orebella, a line of alcohol-free perfumes infused with essential oils. The perfumes are available in three different scents; pure flowers (jasmine, rose and tonka bean), salted muse (sea salt, olive tree and cedarwood) and blooming fire (monoi, bergamot and patchouli).
“Growing up in an Arab family, perfume and scents were almost a personality trait – I can still remember what my grandparents smelled like when they walked into a room,” Hadid said. To tempt in an interview on April 30. “My uncle Mahmoud made his own essential oils in the 1970s: woody, tobacco-scented fragrances.”
Orebella’s launch in April coincided with Hadid’s announcement that she was stepping back from modeling to enjoy a slower pace of life in Fort Worth, Texas.
“After ten years of modeling, I realized that I was putting so much energy, love and effort into something that I wasn’t necessarily giving it back in the long run,” Hadid said. To tempt at the time.
