Conair makes products to help people look like their best yourself … But one model claims that it has done the exact opposite of her – sue the company after she says that their products have left her head bloody and mutilated.
Lea Encarnacion – A former hair model in New York City
Encarnacion says that during the event of Conair, stylists “neglected” applied a hair bladder product to its locks “negligently” and did not remove it in time.
Lea says she is left with a seriously injured scalp – and she has recorded photos that she says they show the size of her injuries.
Warning … These photos are not for the heart of the heart-so that they show her bloody, torn scalp. The scab adds a yellowish shade to the blood -red injury, and of course the hair has completely disappeared.
According to Lea’s lawyers, the hair has not returned and she now has a heart-shaped bare place on top of her head.
LEA continues for general negligence and liability of products, and the case has been set to start this month. We have contacted Conair about the suit … so far, not a word back.
