Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber are splitting after almost three years together

Austin Butler And Kaia Gerber have started the new year with a new relationship status: they’re both single… TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that the couple ended their romantic relationship in late 2024 — which explains Austin’s MIA status from Kaia’s family trip to Mexico for the new year. (More about that later!!!)

However, we’re told there’s no bad blood between the former couple… the relationship simply ran its course after more than three years together.

The ‘Elvis’ actor and the runway model first started dating in 2021. The pair were virtually inseparable for a while, with AB notably helping KG move into a new home in mid-2023. At the time, it was unclear if they were living there together… but it still sparked engagement rumors.

However, a source close to the couple later reported stop the chatter, the duo got married …even though they were still a whole item.

Unfortunately, the former flames never took their relationship to the next level… with Austin and Kaia increasingly seen apart in recent months.

As you know, Kaia joined the ranks of her supermodel mother Cindy Crawfordand her father, Rande Gerberfor a family trip to Cabo San Lucas to ring in 2025. While her brother, Presley Gerberbrought his model girlfriend Isabella Jonesfor the holidays… Austin was noticeably absent and raised many an eyebrow as he would normally join them.

Now we officially know why he skipped the fun in the sun.
