ATX TV Festival 2025 in honor of Christine Baranski with Excellence Award

Season 14 of the ATX TV Festival has a new display and panel, a live late-night show and an honor for Christine Baranski added to their line-up.

The festival takes place on 29 May 12 June-1 in Austin, Texas and will present actor and producer Christine Baranski with the 2025 Achievement in Television Excellence Award. The presentation will be followed by a conversation to celebrate her career on television (as well as stage and films), including her roles about “Cybill”, “The Good Wife”, “The Good Fight” and her current role on “The Gilded Age . “

Earlier Honores are Henry Winkler, James L. Brooks, Norman Lear, Marcy Carsey, Phylicia Rashad, Michael J. Fox, Lesli Linka Glatter and James Burrows.

On Wednesday, the festival also announced a special display of “You Belong Here”, an unwritten, independently produced series of the Macaroni Art Productions by Steve Zahn and Rick Gomez. The show follows James Beard nominated chef and restaurant owner Ouita Michel and her “Journey by Kentucky Cuisine, Culture and Community”, according to the press release. A panel with Michel and the founders will follow the pilot screening.

In addition, season 14 will contain the very first live night show of the festival, organized by Emmy-winning writer Greg Iwinski.
