Atlantis, The Palm welcomes the Holy Month with the return of Asateer, the iconic Ramadan tent inspired by heritage, tradition and the spirit of togetherness.

Known for its palatial surroundings and warm hospitality, Asateer once again promises an unforgettable Ramadan experience, with families and friends coming together to break their fast and congregate late into the night.

Throughout Ramadan, Asateer will present a carefully curated Iftar, with rotating theme nights celebrating the rich diversity of regional flavors.

Guests can look forward to Arabesque, Persian, Khaleeji and traditional evenings, each offering a distinctive culinary journey rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship.

As the evening progresses, Asateer transforms into an elegant Suhoor, designed for relaxed late-night gatherings.

Set against breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, Asateer’s striking aesthetic combines traditional Arabic design with contemporary influences, brought to life through atmospheric lighting and refined details.

The spectacular venue can host up to 1,730 guests each evening and offers a variety of seating options, including the outdoor Asateer Terrace, the Asateer Garden Terrace and a selection of impressive Majlises.

Group packages are available, making Asateer an ideal destination for intimate family meals, evenings with friends or large-scale gatherings during Ramadan.

Iftar begins with the time-honored tradition of dates and water being placed on the table, while traditional Arabic music plays softly throughout the evening.

The Iftar experience costs AED 295 per person on weekdays, Monday to Thursday, and AED 325 per person on weekends, Friday to Sunday.

The price includes water and refreshing Ramadan juices.

The extensive buffet menu has been carefully curated by Chef Ali El Bourji, Director of Culinary at Atlantis Dubai, with a generous choice of classic dishes and regional favourites.

Key highlights on Chef Ali El Bourji’s menu include kebbeh sajieh, with minced meat, bulgur and aromatic herbs, grilled over charcoal for a rich, smoky flavour.

Guests can also enjoy a traditional seafood paella, where fragrant saffron rice is slow-cooked with mixed seafood, fresh herbs and a deeply flavored seafood stock.

A highlight of the experience is the spit-roasted whole lamb, marinated in traditional Middle Eastern spices, slow-roasted on a rotating spit, sliced ​​alive and rolled in freshly baked saj bread.

To complement the live cooking experience, a selection of freshly baked breads including tandoor roti, butter naan, plain naan, garlic naan and laccha paratha are prepared in the tandoor.

The offering is complemented by the Fatteh and Foul Royal Bar, which serves smoked eggplant and mini kibbeh fatteh with layers of yogurt, chickpeas, cumin, garlic and pine nuts.

Finally, no experience at Asateer is complete without a visit to the oven-baked manakish selection of freshly baked open flatbreads topped with seasoned lamb, aromatic za’atar and melted Akkawi cheese.

From 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM, guests are invited to continue the evening with Suhoor, where a live trio, traditional band Oud player and singer, will set the comforting tone of the evening.

Served a la carte, the menu offers an extensive selection of cold and hot mezzeh, manakish, soups, grilled meats, fish and seafood, in addition to traditional Ramadan desserts, hot snacks, Ramadan juices and a variety of hot drinks, all available for a minimum spend of AED 160 per person.
