APOS 2025 attracts TopMedia -Execs to Bali for the 15th edition

The 15th edition of APOS is set to bring together influential decision -makers from the entire media, entertainment and digital landscape on the Ayana Estate in Bali.
The conference has protected a remarkable schedule of speakers, including streaming pipers, content makers and digital innovators who form the future of entertainment in Asia Pacific and beyond.
Netflix’s VP of content for Korea, Don Kang, will make his Apos debut, coinciding with the release of season 3 of the “Squid Game” that same week. Kang’s session is expected to provide insight into the K-Content strategy of Netflix, target group and future plans for Korean programming that has achieved global popularity.
The presence of Disney will be considerable, with Kylie Watson-Wheeler, Senior VP and MD of the Walt Disney Company Australia/New Zealand and Head of ESPN APAC, the company’s streaming succus is expected to be in one of their largest Asia-Pacific Territories and the integration of Espnualories.
James Rushton, co-founder of Dazn, is also on the agenda. Dazn recently expanded his footprint by acquiring Foxtel and concluding a deal with Saudi Aarabia.
Warner Bros. Discovery APAC president James Gibbons will probably tackle the successful launch of Max in Australia and operations in Taiwan, Southeast -Asia and Japan.
The conference will highlight the increasing involvement of technical giants in the entertainment space. Sanjay Gupta, president of Google APAC, will deliver a keynote about how he sees the future of AI with entertainment, while Jonathan Zepp, Google’s MD of worldwide partnerships for emerging content, XR and TV platforms, will focus on the company with Hollywood and media companies.
Tiktok’s global distribution head, Isaac Bess, will also appear at APOs and together with Yoichi Sato, GM of content operations, APAC, is expected to talk about exploring partnership options with premium content -makers and studios, with potential announcements that are expected with regard to the platform forms.
Other remarkable speakers are Gaurav Gandhi, VP from APAC and Mena for Amazon, who will discuss the development of Prime Video in addition to Nikhil Madhok, head of originals for India at Amazon Prime Video, and Amogh Dusad, director and head of the content at Amazon MX Player, about the development of Prime Video in India in India.
Soraj Asavaprapha, chairman and CEO of Jasmine International Public Company Limited, will represent an important player in the region, who has invested around $ 560 million for Premier League rights in the coming six years, together with a Paramount Deal as part of their strategy for content investment.

APOs will take place from 24-26 June.
