The man who was caught on vapen in the toilet on a flight from the American Airlines, followed by his threats to submit a police report against the stewardess … and he told the police that she exposed his genitals and attacked him.
TMZ has obtained the report Peter Nguyen Wong Placed with the police in California … and he claims that the stewardess unlocked the toilet door while he was inside and caught him on a hit of a vape.
When the stewardess reportedly opened the door, Wong claims that his genitals were exposed to other passengers.

He recorded the interaction on his phone and says that the stewardess tried to take the device out of his hand, pin it against a wall while he extended his left arm of her and holding the phone. Wong told the police that he now has pain in his left shoulder.
What is more, Wong says when he tried the next day on board another flight, an employee told him he had to remove the videos before they allow him to board.
Wong also told the police that he received various messages and phone calls since the incident went viral … He claimed that some of the alleged messages contain vulgar and aggressive language and said he was worried about his safety.
The police report says that Wong wants the stewardess to continue for abuse.

Wong flew from Phoenix to San Francisco When he was caught on vapen … and the police waited to talk to him when the plane landed in SF. Vapen is prohibited by the Federal Aviation Administration on board commercial flights, together with all other types of smoking. He says that agents released him after they spoke to him.
He served the police report in Redlands, ca, about a week after the incident … and the police in Redlands tell us that they will send the report to the San Francisco police.
It will be interesting to see if SFPD opens an investigation and whether the stewardess will eventually be continued.
