Amaya Muruzábal’s M -content, the Vico team of Ireland in ‘The Patricios’
M Content, the production company founded by Amaya Muruzábal, the creative power behind the ‘Red Queen’ of Amazon MGM Studios, works together with leading Irish Prodco Vico films to produce the historical epic series ‘The Patricios’.
Written and written by Muruzábal, the Real-Facts-based series is set in 1846 and follows the Battalion of the Saint Patrick during the US-Mexico War, when a group of Irish immigrants in the Texas Rangers left the American army to join the Mexican side. They fought to their last position in San Ángel when they were taken prisoner and sentenced to death.
