Amanda Knox shot because he has “inappropriate” book about the victim’s family

Knox, a then-20-year-old American student, was taken into custody after Kercher was found stabbed in the apartment she shared with Knox in Italy.

In her new memoirs, FreeKnox focuses on her traumatic experiences in prison – including how she was undressed naked by a male doctor, was brought into isolation for months, only given bread and was “proposed for sex” by a deputy commander.
When asked for the potential impact that the book would have on the family of her former roommate, Knox encouraged them to read it.

The 37-year-old explained: “I hope they read my book because I really honor Meredith’s memory in the book, but I also believe that honoring her past and the story does not mean to delete mine.
“I am a person who in this case continues to pursue justice, but a bigger problem that I try to speak and is free how we all overcome the traumas that are in our lives, regardless of whether or not we get what we earn.”

But Kercher’s family lawyer, Francesco Maresca, criticized the new release as ‘inappropriate and disrespectful’.
The lawyer also stated that it is clear that Knox operates the case as a “source of income” and a way to “keep her name in the media”.

Knox hit back during her live Good morning great -Britain Interview, who tells him that he is kind to ‘keep his opinion for himself’.
She said: “Well, I would say that he is a hypocrite, to be honest, if someone who has benefited himself, not just the work he has done to the matter, but when writing his own book, I think Mr Maresca can retain his opinion for himself.

Knox describes her horrible prison experience in her book, in which unwanted sexual progress is explained and how prisoners were starving.

“He has always been very much a man who has never considered my humanity and experience and is subject to something that I would like to call a victim.
“The idea that there can only be one victim in a tragic event, and that is simply not true, so I think I don’t really care what Mr Maresca thinks, to be honest.”

Knox’s newest book comes more than a decade after her first memoirs, Wait to be heardwas released in 2013.
During the interview she defended her latest release – saying that it is not about utilizing past events, but sharing lessons from her experience.
She also contrasted Free of Wait to be heardShe wrote to rectify the record while she is fighting for her innocence.
Knot explained: “Today I see this as an opportunity to share a story about not deleting the past but really learning from the past, so that we can lead a better life, personal and as a society.”

While Knox encouraged Kercher’s family to read her book, the lawyer of the family closed the book release as ‘disrespectful’.

Knox was arrested next to her friend, Raffaele Sollecito, after discovering Kercher’s closed bedroom door and blood in their bathroom.
Strange acting, she was a suspect and was convicted in 2009 and received a 26-year prison sentence for several charges and, including the falsification of a burglary and murder.

Although later acquitted, the highest court in Italy maintained its leader balance for the falsely implying of bar owner Patrick Lumumba, who had an alibi.
Knox later expressed disappointment about the statement in a tearful video.
Her lawyers claimed that she accused Lumumba under police pressure during a long -term interrogation without legal representation. The European Court of Human Rights later ruled that its rights were violated.
In the meantime, Rudy Guede was convicted after his DNA was found on the spot and selected most of a 16-year prison sentence before his release of 2021.
Knox, released in 2011, returned to the US and became an advocate for the wrongly convicted person.
