tremble‘s family is furious Allison Holker because he had written a book about him… but his widow took steps to ensure that she was the only one who could make money off his name.
TMZ has obtained the NDA. TWitch’s family says Allison made them sign up to attend his funeral, and it’s essentially blocking them financially from doing what she’s doing…which is cashing in on a memoir about their relationship and his death.
Under the NDA, TWitch’s family and others who signed it agreed to hand over proceeds from any interviews, books, articles or programs about him directly into Allison’s pocket… which is a pretty strong deterrent.
TWitch’s family ripped Allison online for going on a media blitz to promote her new book… questioning her claims that TWitch was a drug addict and portraying her as a money-hungry opportunist.
The funeral secrecy agreement was also a source of outrage within the family.
Allison’s eldest daughter, Weslie Fowleris defending the NDA …arguing that it was intended to prevent people from photographing his body. Weslie even said that when tWitch was alive, people who attended certain family events had to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
That may very well be true, but the document also positions Allison as the only one who can benefit from tWitch’s life story… and she has publicly made it clear that 100% of the proceeds from her book sales will go to Move with Kindness . Foundation, which was established in honor of her late husband.

‘On the advice of my lawyers, I insisted that anyone viewing the open casket sign a confidentiality agreement to protect Stephen’s privacy, a requirement that irritated his family. “If we have to sign non-disclosure agreements,” they said, “then everyone has to do it. Signing NDAs.” ‘No problem,’ I replied.”
