AJ McLean’s estranged wife Rochelle is hospitalized after health problems
AJ McLeans estranged wife Rochelle DeAnna McLean shares a warning with followers after she is unexpectedly admitted to hospital.
Post via her Instagram account on Friday, Jan. 23, Rochelle, 44, shared a selfie from her hospital bed describing a scary health experience she endured this week.
“It was hell [a] week here!” she captioned the post. “I came to the ER on Tuesday morning with an extremely bloated abdomen and pain on the right side of my abdomen. Thinking it was my appendix, I went to the emergency room just to be sure. I ended up showing cecal volvulus on my CT scan. A twisted, pinched colon.”
She continued: “I actually had surgery straight away to have the affected part of my colon removed and the healthy parts sewn back together. Definitely something I would do.
I’ve never even heard of it.”
After the confronting experience, Rochelle urged her followers to trust their instincts when it comes to their own health.
“All I can say is, listen to your body if something doesn’t feel right. If this had been left longer and untreated, the outcome could have been very different,” she wrote. “I hope I can go home tonight! Take care of yourself there 🤍 And also… Thank you very much to the surgeons, doctors and nurses who took such good care of me this week! My heroes 🤩🤍✨”
Rochelle’s followers rushed to her comments section to send their well wishes.
“Oh man! I’m glad you’re doing well, how scary. Prayers for a healthy recovery love. 🙏🏽,” one wrote, while another added, “Wow. I’m so glad you listened to your body! Sending lots of love, positive thoughts and healing prayers 🥰”

At the time of their divorce, the estranged couple said to each other via a statement Us that they hoped the breakup would be temporary.
“Marriage is difficult, but worth it. We have mutually decided to temporarily separate to work on ourselves and our marriage in hopes of building a stronger future,” the statement said.
“The plan is to get back together and continue to cherish our love for each other and our family.”
They continued, “We ask for respect and privacy at this time. Divorce is hard enough without comment, please be kind and remember there are children involved.”
