AI assistant Shilo closes $ 2.6 million seed financing round

“We are not here to build another tool,” said Justin Benson, the co-founder and CEO of Shilo, in a statement. “We are here to build the AI teammate who will use every elite agent every day -one who listens, learns and helps win. The name of that teammate is Shilo.”
According to the company, Shilo can understand the context of business calls from real estate agents and mortgage loans. This enables the AI assistant to complete follow-up tasks and to offer a high experience for customers without hiring extra employees.
The company said that the financing round will speed up the product development of Shilo and the expansion of the market.
“AI has a breakthrough moment, but the real impact comes when you swallow that intelligence into the daily operation of the real work,” said Ashok Santhanam, the director of AZ-VC, in a statement. “Shilo is the first AI product that we have seen that was really built for the unique requirements of real estate. This team has a rare combination of product -defectness, implementation speed and deep customer empathy.”
From the beginning of May, Shilo is one of the few partners of API partners (API) one of the access to on -call recordings and the content of SMS reports via the Zillow-The CRM Follow -up boss.
Follow Up Boss told partners in an e -mail that the API update “Call recording and SMS capacity is on each other with other existing data access protections, such as E -mail content (which is never available via API), to protect sensitive data.”
