ALL Accor, Accor’s powerful booking platform and world-class loyalty program, today announced the launch of its ALL Accor app in ChatGPT, designed to enrich the experience of its growing customer base.

Accor thus becomes one of the first hotel groups and leaders in the French industry to offer such an innovation, positioning itself at the forefront of digital transformation. The app in ChatGPT is now available in more than 20 languages, and in countries where ChatGPT apps are supported.
