Aaron Phypers’ reason for wanting ‘Brandi Glanville to testify’ revealed
As Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers battle it out, reports have surfaced that the star’s estranged husband has called Brandi Glanville to testify – and RadarOnline.com can only reveal why.
“Aaron obviously wants Brandi to testify in his divorce case with Denise because it would probably help him if Brandi testified about what happened years ago,” an insider claimed, referencing a storyline on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills where Glanville claimed she had slept with Richards, something she continually denied.
“He’s probably trying to prove she lied so he can get some money,” they speculated. “Brandi never doubted her story, but Denise, that season RHOBHwas very concerned about what Aaron would think. If Brandi testifies that they slept together, it would technically prove in court that Denise cheated. And that could potentially be good for a possible settlement/alimony for Aaron.”
The source claimed that Richards is “known for lying” and “plays the role of victim very well.”
“Who gets a so-called black eye from their husband and then walks hand in hand with him or her for paparazzi photos after they supposedly hit you?” they wondered. “It’s weird, and it doesn’t follow through.”
The insider concluded, “Denise is ultimately a trained actress. And let’s just say she knows how to play roles.”
If RadarOnline.com Richards reportedly testified for two days in an effort to get her temporary restraining order against Phypers made permanent.
In one incident, she claims Phypers “hit me on the head with the palm of his hand while repeatedly yelling at me, ‘Give me your f—— phone.'”
“I was disoriented by the operation and worried that he would seriously injure me, especially as I was recovering from a complex operation, so I gave him my phone,” she added.
In addition to the hotel incident, Richards discussed three other times when she claimed Phypers’ abuse caused her harm.
In April, during a trip back from Chicago, she claimed that Phypers ‘squeezed’ [my] head so hard, my back was on the floor of our hotel room.”
She added that he allegedly slammed her head into the ground, and it “felt like he was crushing my skull.”
Still, after another confrontation, he told her that if she called 911, she would “disappear.”
Pamela Brogardi, Richards’ makeup artist, also testified on her behalf, insisting that Phypers told Richards, “I’ll break your legs” after he entered a room at his Malibu wellness center where she was doing Richards’ glam that day.
The makeup artist then described an alleged incident that occurred sometime “between 2020 and 2022,” during which she noticed multiple bruises on Richards’ thigh, which she noted were “maybe half the size” of her palm.
When she asked Richards about the bruises, she revealed that she was “scared.”
“It seemed like she was scared and fearing for her life,” she explained. ‘She was very scared that night. He didn’t care if anyone was around or not. He went after her, and that scared her.”
Regardless of the horrific accusations she made, she confirmed that she had never seen Phypers hit Richards.
For his part, Phypers has consistently denied abusing Richards, telling a news outlet: “These allegations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue. I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience and respect. I ask for privacy as we navigate personal matters, and I hope that the public and the media will refrain from spreading harmful information.” and unsubstantiated claims.”
