A complete timeline of the murders of Rob Reiner and his wife Michele

During a news conference, LAPD Deputy Chief Alan Hamilton made it clear that the investigation was still in its early stages.
“We are not looking for anyone as a suspect or in any other way at this time,” he said, later adding, “We are going to try to talk to every family member to get the facts of this investigation.”
He added that the Los Angeles County coroner would release the information later.
Shortly after the news broke, a spokesperson for the Reiner family announced the “tragic passing” of Rob and Michele.
“We are heartbroken by this sudden loss and ask for privacy during this incredibly difficult time,” the spokesperson said in a statement.
After one newscast revealed that Rob and Michele suffered “laceration wounds similar to a knife” at the Los Angeles property, multiple sources claim People that Nick killed both his parents.
A separate insider also said that Rob and Michele’s daughter, Romy, found their bodies.
At the same time, the deputy chief confirmed that the LAPD was seeking a search warrant to conduct a “full crime scene investigation” at Rob’s home.
“We are waiting for the legal process to continue. We need to obtain a search warrant for the home,” he explained. “Once this is met, we will conduct a full crime scene investigation of the interior and exterior of the home and the surrounding neighborhood.”
