eXp adds billion-dollar producer ONEPATH Realty
ONEPATH Realty may be an independent brokerage, but it’s no stranger to posting big numbers. The Miami-based brokerage has closed $1.77 billion in sales since Gilbert founded it in 2018. That number includes $187.2 million in closed home sales in 2024 alone, a total of 312 units.
Gilbert also brings leadership experience beyond his brokerage. The Leader continues to serve on the Zillow Agent Advisory Board as of 2021. Gilbert was also president of the National Association of Spanish Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and residential governor for Miami real estate agents. According to his LinkedIn, Gilbert was also a real estate agent at RE/MAX Advance Realty from 2015 to 2017.
The addition of Gilbert and ONEPATH Realty furthers eXp’s efforts to expand its growth trajectory through 2024, company executives said.

This move follows a trend of hiring by eXp Realty this winter. In late December, the company recruited Kris Caldwell and The Apollo Group, a high-production team from Colorado. eXp Realty also added superstar agent Joshua Smith weeks earlier.
