Tragic Liam Payne wanted his organs donated to help those in need

The post-mortem examination showed that he cause of death was attributed to extreme head injuries, including a skull fracture.

Prosecutors believed Payne may have been in a state of impaired consciousness due to possible drug use prior to the fatal incident.

A toxicology report confirmed the first One direction singer had a mix of medications in his system, including pink cocaine which is a combination of ketamine, methamphetamine and ecstasy – as well as benzodiazepine, cocaine and crack in his bloodstream.

A makeshift aluminum pipe was also found near his body and was most likely used to ingest the substances.
