Love Is Blind Season 7’s Ashley and Tyler’s relationship timeline
Ashley Adionser And Tyler Francis are proof that the Love is blind experiment works – even after a rollercoaster journey.
Ashley and Tyler connected sight unseen during the day Love is blind season 7, shot in Washington DC in October 2023 and premiered on Netflix a year later. Tyler proposed without seeing Ashley’s face, and they married within two months of the experiment.
“She made me feel safe. A lot of men look for security and when I first met her she made me feel extremely safe,” Tyler told exclusively We weekly in October 2024. “It was like a warm soul came through the wall, and I just knew that was my person.”

A Pod love story
While Tyler the Love is blind pods without expectationshe couldn’t deny an instant attraction to Ashley.
“I like it when you say my name,” he said in the first episode. “Your voice is very attractive.”
The pair quickly bonded over horseback riding, the desire to check “skydiving” off their respective bucket lists and the importance of both family and religion.
“I love that you’re consistent,” Ashley told the nuclear safety official. “You immediately felt sincere. You didn’t show up like someone else, you just showed up and said, ‘Hey, I’m sorry, I’m nervous as hell. This is who I am. ”
She said yes!
After Ashley surprised Tyler with an epic balloon display for his birthday, he proposed in the pods.
“You are the most beautiful person inside I have ever met. You make me happy like a little kid,” Tyler said to Ashley through the wall while he was down on one knee. ‘I’m carrying your blanket [the living quarters]. This has been the happiest time of my life. You made me feel safe like I’ve never felt before in my life. You are such a gracious person, who deserves love too. Godly, I can’t wait to pray with you. I can’t wait to hold your hand [and] I can’t wait to watch you.”
After declaring his love, Tyler asked if Ashley would be his wife.
“I would be honored to marry you, Tyler,” the marketing director replied. “This is fucking crazy… but so good at the same time.”
Tyler and Ashley first met in the reveal tunnel, where she received her diamond engagement ring – the pair couldn’t stop cuddling.
Real life awaits
The duo built on their emotional bond while exploring a physical bond when they swapped the pods for a tropical getaway in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
“I’m glad I got to know you at this point in your life,” Tyler joked during a pasta-making date. “God’s plan. A good time to meet me. Phew, you would have hated me, like, “You’re cute, do you want to go on a date?” Be prepared, there will be people who say, “He’s not that nice.” I wasn’t nice to you. You haven’t given me a reason to be nice.”

A bombshell revelation
However, their relationship was put to the test after Tyler suddenly dropped a big revelation: he had fathered multiple children. According to the military veteran, he was donated sperm to a friend who could not have biological children.
Ashley felt betrayed that Tyler had never told her the truth until that moment.
“You’ve been walking around talking about how we’re going to get married, but you’ve also been walking around saying you want to have children now. And it’s like, ‘Wow,'” Ashley said. “How did you even talk about that? I just can’t think about it without even thinking about your past?
She added, “That’s like what? Three additional children? That’s wild. Like: who are these people? I just feel like I need to know. But I have nothing. You didn’t show me anything. Like, “Here are the documents that show I’m not involved.” I actually need to know everything.”
Tyler also didn’t ask Ashley for “forgiveness,” but rather a chance to move on.
They do!
Despite the omission, Ashley was unwilling to leave their relationship and said ‘yes’ their wedding day. Her shoes even teased the decision, with “I” and “Do” on each sole. Tyler also said yes at the altar.
“I’m so excited. It feels like all the nerves I was feeling are just gone now,” Ashley said in a confessional after the ceremony. “I can’t stop smiling; my cheeks hurt.”
The season 7 reunion will air on October 30, 2024, where fans will find out if Ashley and Tyler are still living in marital bliss.
