Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s alleged mistress posted bizarre messages on social media before their rumored relationship came to light.

The former presidential candidate enjoyed a walk with Olivia Nuzzi for a piece in New York Magazine in November 2023.
But Nuzzi’s social media accounts remain very active and have brought out some unexpected content.
She posted a photo on X of a parodied one Lana Del Ray album cover appears to mock transsexuals, while on her Instagram she expressed herself as a fan of the paranormal.
Nuzzi also documented a trip to Nevada with boyfriend Ryan Lizza, where the couple, now said to have split following the affair claims, were on a “UFO hunt”.

Nuzzi’s alleged affair with Kennedy took place after she wrote a piece about him for New York Magazine.

Nuzzi has been placed on leave by her employees due to an alleged affair with Kennedy.

She met the father of six on a walking tour last year, where she gathered much of her information.
Nuzzi admitted to the relationship, which was not sexual but reportedly involved sexting, without naming him, revealing that she had “had a personal relationship with a former subject relevant to the 2024 campaign while reporting on the campaign”.

Nuzzi has also reportedly split from her longtime boyfriend Ryan Lizza, a longtime political reporter.

New York Magazine revealed through a statement released Thursday evening that she had been placed on leave as a result of the alleged affair.
It read: “If the magazine had known about this relationship, it would not have continued to cover the presidential campaign.”

RFK Jr. has denied the affair took place – and claims he only met Nuzzi once.

In a statement released to multiple media outlets, Nuzzi admitted that “the nature of any communications between me and a former reporter became personal.”
She added: “The relationship was never physical but should have been made public to avoid the appearance of a conflict.”
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Kennedy told multiple media outlets: “Mr. Kennedy met Olivia Nuzzi only once in his life for an interview she requested, which resulted in a hit.”

Those who have followed Nuzzi’s career will have noted that her rumors with Kennedy are particularly ironic, given her infamous 2015 social media post in which she tweeted a tirade against Hollywood depictions of journalists using sex to get ahead.
She asked, “Why does Hollywood think female reporters sleep with their sources?” while linking to an article about the media’s portrayal of women as “s—– ambition monsters”.
Kennedy has been married to his third wife Cheryl Hines since 2014.

The journalist claimed that the alleged affair with Kennedy was not physical.

In addition to his six children and two grandchildren, Kennedy is a stepfather to Hines’ daughter from a previous relationship.
