Diddy sued by new accuser for sexual and physical abuse

Diddy is facing another lawsuit from a new accuser, who claims the music mogul belittled, terrorized and sexually assaulted her, while she also witnessed him brutally beat his ex. Cassie.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ… Dawn Richard says she fell into Diddy’s web as a contestant on his 2004 MTV show “Making The Band,” where the Bad Boy CEO manipulated her by promising to advance her singing career if she gave in to his allegedly twisted demands.

Richard said that during on-set auditions, Diddy called female contestants “fat,” “ugly,” “bitches” and “hoes.” She said that Diddy had a special disdain for her because she was young and excited to work with such a famous person.

In 2005, court documents say, Richard was seeing another of Diddy’s ex-girlfriends, Kim Portercrying as she left a music studio with a slap in the face. It was then that Richard said she realized Diddy was capable of violence and that her life could be in danger.

A year later, Richard was present when Diddy was first introduced to Cassie and invaded her space while fixated on her in a predatory manner, according to the documents. In 2009, she says she personally witnessed Diddy, high on drugs, throw Cassie against a wall, strangle her and drag her up the stairs in his LA home.

Richard says Diddy also threw a boiling pan of eggs at Cassie while yelling, “I asked you for my stuff; I can’t stand you, bitch, you never do it right!”

On other occasions, Richard says Diddy punched Cassie in the face and wrapped his hands around her throat, attempting to strangle her at his LA mansion.

At some point, Richard says, she and others, including musical artists Kalenna Harpershowed their support for Cassie and advised her to leave Diddy, who heard about the conversation and threatened… “You bitches don’t get into my relationship,” adding, “Don’t tell my bitch [Cassie] what she needs to do… Just make money and shut up… I’m terminating artists… I’m putting careers on the shelf… You could miss… You bitches want to die today.”

Meanwhile, Richard says she too fell victim to Diddy’s abuse, forcing her to rehearse for 48 hours straight without sleep. As a result, she says she has lost a lot of weight, become dehydrated and tired, and suffered from terrible skin rashes.

She says Diddy once demanded she come to his Miami home, where he wore only underwear. When she asked him to put clothes on, Diddy refused and shouted, “This is my damn house!”

Diddy’s treatment of Richard only got worse between 2009 and 2011, she says. Richard says Diddy once barged into her dressing room while she was naked in his recording studio. She says Diddy touched her breasts and buttocks inappropriately.

Diddy, she says, also locked her in a car with heavily tinted windows for two hours as she screamed for help and even called her father for help.

Richard claims her father traveled from Baltimore to New York to free his daughter and confront Diddy, threatening to report him to the police. But, she says, Diddy told her father, “Think about your daughter” and “think about your daughter’s career.”
