Landmark Palm Beach Megamansion is listed for an eye-popping $175 million after a 5-year makeover

A monumental mega mansion in Palm Beach, built in 1928 and designed by an architect Addison Mizner has hit the market for a whopping $175 million after being completely redesigned.
The 15-bedroom estate known as Casa del Ensuenos is located in the Estate section, minutes away from President Donald Trump‘s Mar-a-Lago. Businesswoman Ann DesRuisseaux bought the property for $24 million in 2020 and has spent the past five years renovating the space.
The beautiful home spans 21,534 square feet and offers 200 feet of frontage along the Intracoastal Waterway. It’s made a splash at the top of this week’s list most expensive houses list. It’s also one of eight Florida properties on this week’s list.
The over-the-top residence features an elevator, eight fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen and a primary suite with dual bathrooms.
The 1.42-acre estate features other notable amenities, including a sunken tennis court, a tennis pavilion, a boathouse, a performing arts theater with a stage, a new seawall, private docks with a boat lift, and a six-car garage. A covered loggia overlooks the heated infinity pool.
