Wreaths also covered the front entrance of the home, which the couple purchased in 2020 for $165 million.

Sanchez wore an all-black outfit paired with a cheetah print jacket while wearing her hair in curls.

Meanwhile, Jenner wore an $8,500 wool and cashmere peacoat, and Kardashian opted for a faux fur dress trimmed with tights.

In one photo, Jenner and Kardashian posed next to a red Porsche in front of the house.

The photos were captioned: “The perfect evening hosted by @laurensanchezbezos Lauren, you are simply THE BEST. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.”

The party was hosted at the couple’s 10-acre estate, which was once owned by the media mogul David Geffen.

The property comes complete with three floors and was designed by an American architect Roland Coate.

Sanchez and Bezos recently added a UFO-shaped addition to the backyard of their home.

Photos obtained by the New York Post unveil the unique addition to the grounds of the sprawling residence, which has undergone major renovations since the businessman bought it in 2020.

The images show a silver structure shaped like the command module of a NASA rocket, which reports suggest is home to a sauna, located in the backyard of the 10-acre estate.

Bezos and Sanchez placed the sauna, which was reportedly designed by Timothy Oulton Studio, near the cactus garden.

Designer Timothy OultonNASA’s website features a number of spaceship-shaped creations, including one called Apollo, which is built to the same scale as NASA’s Apollo 11 space capsule and houses an intimate seating area that can be used as a VIP seating area or a work space, according to its website.

The product description notes that Apollo can be adapted for outdoor use, but no price is given for the item, which is “made to order.”

While neither Bezos nor his wife have commented on the addition to their home, it’s likely the space-themed facility is a nod to the billionaire’s space project, Blue Origin, which his wife traveled on — in addition Katya Perry And Gayle King—in April 2025.

The home recently served as a location for the reality TV mogul Kris Jenner‘s 70th birthday party, including Opra, Prince Harry And Meghan Markle, Mark ZuckerbergAnd Mariah Carey present.

Although Kris and her guests — including many members of her family — appeared to have the time of their lives at the event, Bezos’ neighbors were reportedly less than impressed with the noise level heard from the Amazon founder’s extremely lavish home.

Despite having done significant work on his California home, Bezos’ primary residence is actually on the other side of the country: in the large enclave of Indian Creek Island in Florida, where he owns three separate properties.

The first two homes, which are next to each other, were snapped up by Bezos in 2023 for $68 million and $79 million respectively.

Multiple reports suggest that the mogul plans to renovate the two abodes to create the perfect marital mansion, where he and Sanchez will eventually settle down.

But as work gets underway on that massive project, the billionaire businessman has made other arrangements for himself and his wife: he has a third Residence on Indian Creek Island for a whopping sum of $87 million by 2024.

The couple is said to be living in the third house while construction of their mega villa is underway.

Bezos is also one of several billionaires who own property in Washington’s ultra-exclusive enclave of Medina, which is also home to the likes of Bill Gates and former Microsoft executive Charles Simonyi.

Four years after founding Amazon, Bezos spent $10 million with his ex-wife MacKenzie Scottpurchasing two homes on a 5-acre lot in the town of Hunts Point. In 2010, the duo reportedly spent $28 million to extensively renovate the estate, which boasts 300 feet of private beach and a private boathouse.

To maximize space (and privacy), Bezos also purchased an adjacent property that same year: a 21,000-square-foot mansion that was reportedly on the market for $53 million. It is unclear whether Amazon’s CEO paid that hefty sum or managed to secure a discount.

Although he still holds the keys to much of his Seattle real estate portfolio, Bezos sold one home in April this year and sold it for an astonishing $63 million, the newspaper said. Puget Sound business magazine.

The Amazon founder has reportedly added another property to his cart in 2021. The billionaire and Sanchez have purchased a 14-acre estate on the Hawaiian island of Maui. The cost of the off-market transaction was reportedly approximately $78 million.

The offering reportedly includes a 4,500-square-foot main house, a 1,700-square-foot guesthouse and a 700-square-foot pool. The property includes seven plots of land and a fishing pond with a private white sand beach.

The lovebirds also own the keys to a sprawling West Texas ranch just north of Van Horn.

Bezos bought the property in 2004 because it reminded him of growing up on his grandfather’s land in Cotulla, Texas.

It is not known how much he spent on the 400,000 hectare estate.
