Courtney Stodden Went under the knife for her second nose job … And she tells TMZ this time it was more than a cosmetic procedure.

Here is the deal … Courtney placed a red -hot bikini thirst trap on Wednesday to emphasize her operation and constantly recovery.

Courtney tells us … She was not happy with her first nose job – and she couldn’t breathe as well as she expected afterwards … but that all changed after this operation.

Her surgeon screams – Dr. Gary Motykie – CS says that it is easier to breathe thanks to the respiratory correction associated with the rhinoplasty and some face transplantation.

Everything in, she dropped about $ 20k on the new sniffer … which she says is reasonable considering the Hollywood prices.
