Simplihōm -founder Miku Talks Commission Spliting, goal to become public

He also explains how the growth of Simplihōm is fed by agent -oriented support, streamlined technological processes and a strong cultural fit.

With targeted expansion plans and ambitions for international reach, the company positions itself for bold movements in the coming years.

The next conversation fragment has been processed for length and clarity.

Velt: Let’s talk about your core business model, your compensation model and a little about who you are as a company.

Miku: Our core model is one that I believe we are just trying to cut out a niche in the middle of the past and the future. What I mean by that is when you really do mathematics and you split it, only 7% to 8% of brokers are in cloud -based brokers, but they crave connection.

They can go home and sit on the couch and complain about all the people they were dealing with and how terrible traffic is, whether this customer or that customer or whatever. But in the large schedule of things, people are more connected and disconnected than they have ever been as a society. The internet is a blessing and a curse. Social media are the same. And so I think that people crave that human connectivity. I think there is power in what I will do in a few days to the west coast and be face-to-face with our people in all these different markets for two weeks.

He said that Simprihōm combines the flexibility of a cloud model with tangible, personal support and presence on the community.

Miku: We give people the benefits of the cloud. We give them free health care. We give them free transaction management. We have free automated marketing kits that they can print or use for their social media and the real estate websites. We have free automated testimonials. All these components are very future -oriented when it comes to the real estate landscape as a whole from a brokerage perspective. But we also combine it with that physical presence. We integrate into the communities that we serve.
