Better houses and gardens real estate adds Tennessee Affiliate

The broker is led by Conner, together with brokers Tara Joyner in Brownsville and Tanesha Walker in Jackson, Tennessee.
Conner started working in real estate in 2003 after a stint in production. Three years later he went to a full -time real estate career. Joyner started working with Conner when the company was founded and later stepped into a leading position.
Walker, who previously worked in education, joined in 2020 and recently became the primary broker of the Jackson office.
“Our company works on the golden rule to treat others as you want to be treated,” said Conner. “Internally we promote a family -like working environment in which each agent is appreciated as an individual, while externally determined, adaptable and recognizable when finding the perfect solution for every customer.”
Joyner said that the decision to conclude with better houses and gardens real estate was strategic.
“Although we are already known in the markets we serve, we understand that we need a brand like BHGre to continue to push ourselves,” she said. “This affiliation not only enables us to start with a foot in the door of the new markets we enter, but it also comes with a huge leverage for attracting experienced agents in the area.”
Walker echoed sentiment – noted the coordination between the focus of the brand and the values of the brokerage.
“Our corporate philosophy is rooted in services to the community and delivering time, the work and effort to turn our hometown communities into a better place,” she said. “The better houses and gardens real estate understand that perfectly.”
Ginger Wilcox, the president of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, said that the trio represents the kind of leadership that the company is looking for.
“They bring deep roots, real expertise and a clear purpose for everything they do,” said Wilcox. “Their dedication to their community reflects the very best of the BHGRE network.”
