Century 21 extends Colorado footprint

The move, Post said, is intended to expand the resources of the company without jeopardizing the ties of the community.
“The decision to participate in the Century 21 brand stems from the desire to offer more for our real estate professionals and our customers,” said Post. “We are focused on growing in a way that is attentive and is in line with our values … It is a band that will help us grow while they stay true to who we are.”
Post has led the company since 2005 and has been operating three offices – two in Salida and one in Buena Vista, Colo.
After graduating from the University of Wyoming and at home, Post launched a fence company that introduced him to land use and real estate management in Colorado.
That practical experience led him to real estate, where he built a career characterized by local leadership roles and prizes, including Chaffee County Realtor of the Year.
“We have helped generations of families to buy and sell here, always with a personal touch, a deep understanding of the area and a smile on our faces,” Post said. “It is not only our experience that distinguishes us, but our roots.”
Mike Medler President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate-Zei that played the leadership of an old community of the community a major role in making the move.
“Jeff gets this company, and more importantly, he gets the people behind this company,” he said. “We look forward to helping him bring his company in the future and we hope that the brand Century 21 will also be a staple from Salida in a day, just as the post family is already.”
Century 21 has also announced recent mergers and preferences in Nevada and Louisiana.
