Christie Brinkley admits ‘self-imposed hunger’ for Runway dream

The dreams of Christie Brinkley were larger than her belly.

For Uptown girlThe 71-year-old model discovered diary applications from the 70s with details about diets reading as a ‘register of self-imposed hunger’.
A Stark Daily Menu mentioned her diary of October 14, 1975: a “sugar -free digestive cookie” for breakfast, a 0% thick yogurt cup, an orange and a small portion of brown rice for lunch.
This was followed by “one bite from Gruyère -kaas and one 0% thick yogurt” for dinner.

Brinkley has admitted that she cannot believe that she ‘thought she was healthy’ while she participated in ‘Rage diets’.

Diving in the “craze diets” who then surrounded the modeling industry admitted Brinkley: “I can’t believe this was my idea of healthy.”
She added: “But at the time I was so desperate to fit in designer clothing, which came only one size when I was a young model: catwalk size, which was impossible.

Before Joel, Brinkley was married to Jean-François Allaux and later made the knot with Richard Taubman and Peter Cook. Her relationship with Cook ended in 2008 after learning his unfaithfulness.
