Jenna Fischer, Angela Kinsey had a visit to ‘The Office’ Spin -off of ‘The Office’

Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey may not play in the new spin-off series of “The Office” from Series-Showrunner Greg Daniels, but the hosts of the Podcast “Office Ladies” stopped at the set to see the new production in action-and to meet their former Co-star Oscar Nuñez.

“Jenna and I came to set,” said Kinsey in one Performance on “today” Fieren the 20 -year anniversary of the original series. “Greg had invited us, and we showed up, and not only Oscar was there, but our crew, so many of these wonderful people. Because the crew was our extensive family, and we are still really close, and that was really moving to see.”

Nuñez also appeared in the segment and teased his recording in the new spin -off. The actor will repeat his role as Oscar Martinez in the Follow -up series of Peacock, which is rumored that it is the title ‘The Paper’. The story follows employees in a dying midwestern newspaper whose publisher it tries to breathe new life with voluntary reporters. The series comes from Daniels and is executive produced by Michael Koman (“Nathan for you”). No premiere date has been set.

“They are still editing and such. More will be revealed!” Nuñez told “Today”. “It’s exciting. The experience we have undergone – not everyone can do it.”

Kinsey and Nuñez joined “Today” next to Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Creed Bratton, Kate Flannery and Ellie Kemper.

Previously announced cast members for the new “Office” follow -up series include Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatorore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young and Tim Key. It will retain the same mockumentary style, with the documentary crew of the show in the universe that filmed the Scranton Branch by Dundern Mifflin in “The Office” it now filmed at a new location.

Kinsey and Fischer have been organizing the ‘Office Ladies’ podcast for more than five years and all nine seasons of the NBC Sitcom recaptured.
