Fall Kilmer ‘broke when he died’

He wrote Movinging in 2022 in his memoirs: “My name is Val Kilmer. I am an artist. I have lived a magical life. For more than half a century I have had my art to the gentlemen African Bush, to capture ephemer moments with a camera, I long to express my creative mind.
“Six years ago I was diagnosed with throat cancer, and after a lot of prayer, medical science and the love of my family and community, I defeated cancer. But because of the radiation and chemotherapy interventions my voice and throat were seriously damaged. It is not easy to talk.
“With a small voice my creative juices cooked over and flowing out of me. I started to create again, paint, write everything I could. I felt the art healed me. I wanted to share this with others, and I went looking for a place to do this. I found a big studio in Hollywood.
“A nice holy space where artists, musicians, muses, collectors and friends can come together to celebrate creativity – and then the unthinkable, a global pandemic that pushed us all into our houses.
“You can’t sniff Destiny. The story is far from over.”
