Dr. Gary Linkov, a New York plastic surgeon who discusses celebrity wrinkles and folds on his YouTube channel, goes even further, suggesting that the “Hollaback Girl” singer may have spent as much as $428,000 on procedures over the years, including Botox, veneers for her teeth, a brow lift and two revision brow lifts, one faceliftcheek, undereye and lip filler, and an eyebrow hair transplant.

Her Botox bill alone for the past 18 years could top $100,000, Linkov said.

Dr. Corey Maas, a plastic surgeon in San Francisco, said he thinks Stefani may have had a lower facelift, noting that there was no loose skin on her lower jaw.
