The GF Bri Stern of Andrew Tate claims that he attacked her during sex, files Police Report

Bri Stern A report for sexual violence and she claims that Andrew attacked her on 11 March while they stayed in the Beverly Hills Hotel … according to sources with direct knowledge.

Andrew and his brother Tristan Last weekend returned to Romania before a judicial date in their organized crime case – and we are told that it was only when Andrew left the country that Bri felt safe enough to go to the police and submit a report.

TMZ also obtained screenshots from alleged SMS messages between Andrew and Bri … and he talks about beating her.

We also obtained a photo of Andrew Kanye West … and we were told that they were put together for the photo on 10 March in La … only a few hours before the supposed stifling incident between Andrew and Stern.

Our sources say that Bri and Andrew met last June when she went to Romania for a modeling performance and that they started dating. We were told that Andrew was verbally offensive and threatening during the relationship, but the supposed suffocating incident was the first time he became physically violent.

We were told that Andrew had signaled to Brianna that he essentially only wanted her to leg alone … and since the alleged incident she has blocked him on all social media and message platforms.

As you know … Andrew and Tristan were arrested in 2022 for setting up a criminal organization in Romania, and Andrew was accused of rape in that country. They are also both confronted with lawsuits of sexual violence in the US and the UK. They have not been convicted of crimes.
