Stellar MLS works together with Rayse on real estate transparency

“Buying a house is a life -changing decision; from a consumer perspective, clarity, trust and transparency are essential,” said Merri Jo Cowen, CEO of Stellar MLS, in a statement. “That is exactly why we work with Rayse, to really give buyers insight into the process.”

A study conducted by WAV group And Rayse discovered that almost half of the home buyers surveyed believe that agents spend less than 15 hours helping them. But the actual time investment per deal is often greater than 80 hours.

Rayse co-founder and Co-CEO Christian Dwiggins said that the platform strives for stronger relationships between agents and buyers.
“We board a new chapter in real estate, where success depends on transparency and effective communication with consumers,” said Dwiggins. “Our platform strengthens the binding of the agent client and introduces a level of clarity and involvement that real estate has never seen before.

“This collaboration with Stellaire MLS enables us to get in touch with more agents who can benefit from tools that strengthen confidence with their customers.”

In February Lives -I invoices himself as an online, “boundless” MLS announced his own partnership with Rayse to give reside members early access to the platform and his communication-oriented functions.

Rayse launched his communication platform last fall to enable potential buyers to keep track of what their agents are doing in real time.

Stellar MLS is the largest multiple frame service in Florida, to support 21 broker associations in the Sunshine State and Puerto Rico.
