Rob Corddry joins AMC Silicon Valley-Set series by Jonathan Glatzer

Corddry is a series regularly in the show and plays the character Tom Ruffage. The titll -free series about a technical CEO (played by Magnussen) and his ‘performance psychologist’ (played by Goldberg). He was most recently seen at Max’s Chuck Lorre comedy ‘Bookie’, starring Sebastian Maniscalco, who was just canceled after two seasons.
Corddry was behind the fan favorite short-shape series ‘Children Hospital’, which became a hit for adult swimming and earned him four Emmy’s. (The show has also produced the spin -off ‘Medical police’ on Netflix.) Corddry is also known for the leading role opposite Dwayne Johnson in HBO’s ‘Ballers’ and as a correspondent on ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart’. He was one of the co-guests of “Top Gear America” and he has been organizing the Podcast “Amy Always Wins” since 2023.
In film he played in “Hot Tub Time Machine”, “The Way Way Back”, “80 for Brady” and the next, “Kissinger takes Paris.”
Regarding the Glatzer project, which comes from AMC Studios, the drama received a Greenlight from AMC and sister streamer AMC+ last June for the first time. This is the first show that Glatzer created that was picked up for series. In addition to Glatzer, Gina Mingacci (“Killing Eve”) is also an EP.
The logline for the show says it takes place “in the bubble of Silicon Valley, in the midst of miserable corporate cultures, Moony Innovation Labs and murderous private secondary schools.” The series focuses on a scandal by ‘the exploitation of personal data that uses a gap between a self -proclaimed’ inventor of the future ‘Tech CEO and his self -service’ performance psychologist ‘.
