Velt: You have a boutique feeling for your brand. How do you scale that as you get bigger?
Hake Austin: It is a great question. It is probably the number 1 that keeps me awake at night when I think of our growth and our expansion. We had a lot of success there. The team focuses a lot on processes and systems as we do.
So what I mean by that is that if we attract a global partner, for example, it is a court period. I mean, we may spend six months interviewing them, they interview us, make this the right fit. I personally meet every global partner who has previously become a member.
She explained that maintaining the culture of the agency requires a very deliberate approach that is aimed at processes, systems and people. She also pointed to regular support from centralized teams.
Hake Austin: We have an OPS team that literally met all our offices once a month. Our centralized marketing team trains local marketing staff. Even our global partners are guided monthly. We coach and guide them to ensure that they know the latest strategy and trends.
