Prosecutors Present MALE ESCORT to Grand Jury ‘Who Was ‘Flown Across Country’ to ‘Freak Offs’
Combs’ legal team said in a statement: “He cannot address every baseless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory.
“He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court as claims are filed and served, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”
His attorney, Mark Agnifilo, told a judge that Combs was “not a perfect person,” saying he had used drugs and had “toxic relationships” but was receiving treatment and therapy.
But Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson said otherwise, describing Combs as a “serial abuser and a serial obstructionist.”
