La Rosa Holdings launches the Advance Program Committee

The program, operated through a newly formed subsidiary, enables La Rosa agents to receive early payment on pending real estate committees. In exchange, the company will collect 15% of the total committee from participating agents.

“We believe that the launch of LR Agent Advance is a game changer for both our agents and our company,” said Joe La Rosa, CEO of La Rosa Holdings. “We acknowledge the financial pressure with which agents are confronted while they are waiting for committees to erase, and we are delighted to offer a solution that gives them more control over their income.”

By managing the program at home, La Rosa said it wants to streamline the progress while retaining income that would otherwise go to external companies.

“By keeping the committee’s advances with La Rosa, instead of trusting external providers, we ensure a seamless, trusted process for our agents while we record incremental income for the company,” said La Rosa. “The establishment of LR Agent Advance is also perfect for our ambitious financial goals, including our goal of achieving $ 100 million in income and to achieve cash flow position by the end of 2025.”

The income stream that has been engaged by the program can help to scale the company’s business model while supporting his 2,500 agent network, he added.

La Rosa Holdings Corp. is active in various American states and Puerto Rico via 26 real estate offices in business. The business span includes residential and commercial real estate brokerage, franchising, coaching and educational services and real estate management. It also has a title and Escrow company based in Florida.
