Clearly Today won a small victory in court when a judge threw a majority of claims against him in a lawsuit filed by a former music producer who accused him of sexual violence.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the judge rejected five of the nine claims Rodney Jones Made against Diddy … including rico claims, inflicting emotional need and violation of contract claims.
The court also rejected a claim for the protection of victims of victims against Diddy’s Company, Combs Global.
Rodney’s lawyer, Tyrone A. BlackburnWas even dressed by the judge … who warned him that his legal archives in the case were not in order.
In one example, the judge pointed to Blackburn’s files that apparently does not understand that Diddy is assumed innocently in a separate large jury attack on criminal charges.
TMZ broke the stories … Jones has sued Diddy back in February 2024 and Diddy tore the suit like a loner hand Dressed as a sex trade and Rico -Mamerming.
The case is still progressing despite five of the nine claims that are thrown … And serious claims of sexual abuse against Diddy were not fired. It will be interesting to see if these claims will ever be tried.
Rodney’s lawyer tells TMZ … “Yes, a victory is a victory, playing time is over, we look forward to discovery. I hope the defendants are ready.”
