Inside the very messed up Garth Brooks assault and battery case

The Grammy-winning artist, 62, was accused of assault and battery in a complaint filed on Thursday, October 3, in a California state court.
The accuser, who identified herself anonymously as “Jane Roe,” claimed the country icon took her to Los Angeles for a Grammy event and was only given one hotel suite for the two of them. When she asked for separate accommodation, he would not provide it.
According to the lawsuit, Brooks allegedly accosted her naked in the doorway, dragged her into another room, dangled her upside down by her ankles and raped her.
Brooks is 6 feet tall, while the plaintiff is only 6 feet tall.
