Fello CEO introduces unique 30-day list challenge

Young: When I came to my parents, I said that the only thing that is really important to me is that if I participate with you, we will build something special. And I am very dedicated to build something. We quickly became one of the top teams in the state of Ohio.

One of the things I started to do within my real estate team was this cashfer, guaranteed sales program. We saw so much requirement that I said, this is like a company itself. So I started a company with the name Flash housethat was purely built to acquire houses.

Young also noted that customers asked for cash offers from Flashhouse with the young team, without knowing that he owned both companies. This made him realize the impact of Flashhouse marketing on earlier customers.

Young: It made me realize that I had to protect and invest my database. So that is a kind of where this idea of technology came about.

Lowe: What distinguishes Fello from the rest of the competition?

Young: The first is the introduction of the data. This is so important. We take the database and enrich it with all this information that was never there. And then we have all this data that become so detailed and adjustable … with which we can see considerably better involvement and considerably better results.

Lowe: What have you done to go from one thing that does not naturally match the next, to become good at it or to succeed?

Young: My greatest strength is knowing and accepting my weaknesses. I grew up playing team sports. I grew up in the kitchen, which is a kind of team thing. It would not be possible without surrounding myself with other people.

Lowe: You have a very big initiative that is now also underway, right? Or at the point to start?

Young: I have always been really passionate about the real estate side of things. Last year, in March I went on social media, posted on InstagramAnd said: “My name is Ryan Young and I will place 30 listing appointments out of my database in the next 30 days.” So suddenly we had all the support in the community, and I started to say a lot of people: “Hey, if you ever do that again, I’ll do it with you.”

So last year we loved a small mini-pilot. We had around 500 participants. This year I contacted other leaders in our industry to say that I would like to do a daily webinar. We launched it seven days ago. There are already 5,000 participants, and today we have just announced all the speakers.
