The couple shares three daughters: Skylar Rose, Riley and Avery Lynn. Belle also has a son, Atlas, with her current boyfriend, Jacob Nelund.
In the new motion, Bourassa said, “Since the entry of the final order relating to legal custody and physical placement in this case, there has been a substantial change in the circumstances regarding the parties’ minor children.”
His lawyer added: “A change in the periods of physical placement in favor of [Bourassa] is necessary because the current conditions of detention may be harmful to the interests of the parties’ minor children, both physically and emotionally.
“It is no longer in the best interests of the parties’ minor children [Belle] have unsupervised placement.”

This all comes after gruesome photos from inside Belle’s home showed her home full of trash, feces and drugs after she responded to a domestic disturbance.
Child Protective Services became involved after Belle’s son, Atlas, was found in his crib, surrounded by meth pipes, needles and a digital scale.
Belle was charged on September 10 with four felonies for “maintaining a drug trafficking operation, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine and THC.”
The 27-year-old was also charged with two felonies, “disorderly conduct/domestic violence” and “possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs.”

Bell was released on bail, but just a few weeks later she was arrested for a second time after police found meth during a traffic stop.
After her arrest, O’Donnell responded on Instagram next to a photo of Belle: “Chelsea is in the news today – this is a photo from a better time. Unfortunately, this is not new to our family. Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for ten years – we are all hopeful that she will find a way out of this deadly disease.”

O’Donnell, who adopted Belle when she was a baby, has discussed her addiction and mental health issues in the past.
In 2017, the actress admitted: “Chelsea is mentally ill. [She] has been in and out of hospitals most of her life. Born addicted to heroin. She has come a long way. She is very sick. She is incapable of truth or reason.”
