More legal issues for the two men accused of playing a role in the mysterious dead of three fans of Chiefs of Kansas City last year … TMZ Sports has confirmed that they have just been charged.
Court reports that we have obtained show Jon Harrington An unlawful death of lawsuit tightened against Jordan Willis And Ivory Carson In Missouri on Friday … Only a few days after the authorities claimed that the two contributed to his son David HarringtonDeath by providing him with a deadly mix of drugs at a ’24 Chiefs Watch Party.
The lawsuit states that the meeting took place on January 7, 2024 … in Willis’ Platte County Home.
Jon claims that Willis and Carson have given David Cocaine and Fentanyl and then “do not provide assistance or otherwise try” to save David when he started to suffer from the fatal effects of drugs.
Jon asks for non -specific damage.
Willis and Carson were both imprisoned last week after officials said that their actions on the party not only led to the death of David Harrington, but also Clayton McGeeneyand Ricky JohnsonS.

The men are each confronted with three accusations of involuntary manslaughter and two accusations of delivery of a regulated substance. They both argued not guilty of the charges – and are back in court this week for a new hearing on this issue.
